Interracial Relationship Counseling 

Understanding the complexities of an interracial relationship can be challenging.  Often times, outside influences such as historical perspectives, current events, opinions from family and friends can contribute to conflict within  the relationship. Creative art therapy directives can help with processing emotions related to these conflicts and explore solutions to create a strong relationship.

Care Giver Support

Caring for a loved one with Dementia or other chronic illness can be emotionally and physically draining.  For a caregiver, emotions can run rampant, sleep is lost and time for ones self becomes non-existent.  Caring for ourselves while providing support for a loved one in distress can seem like an impossible task.  Creative Arts therapy can help relieve stress, provide insight into ones emotions and provides an outlet for self care.

Individual Therapy

Experiencing one on one therapy provides an opportunity to express feelings without the fear of being judged by your peers.  In addition, having that one to one sounding board to process difficult feelings, guilt over past actions and out of control emotions..
